GUI app

Postby simon » Thu Jun 09, 2016 8:22 pm

Hello all Kiwi breeders and friends,

it has been a long time. Well, I got other life tasks to do and found a new hobby (amateur radio). But I am back. :-)
I wanted to connect the Kiwi with amateur radio and thus I began to write a GUI app. It is far from beeing useful and I am heavily learning c++ while developing, but it is fun and the state is something to show. There are still some design issues and you are welcome to join. I write the app with a GUI lib in mind.

See the attachment. :-) Please press F1 after loading to switch the keyboard controller to scan code mode.

There is a new version. This time with texteditor functionality (textbuffer and scrolling) as well as a menubar. :-)
I have started a new thread with the project files in the developer forum, but here is a quick snapshot.

Hamterm has now it's own subversion repository. Feel free to fork and use it as base for a Kiwi GUI framework. :-)
