Alternative OS?

HI All,

This dropped into my mailbox this morning so I thought I'd post it.

Microsoft have released the source code for DOS 2.0
http://www.computerhistory.org/

It has made my day as my plan has been to build the computer that a PC would have been if Motorola had been more dominant in the market place, now hopefully I'm another step closer

Yes, I've seen that too. And they released the source code of the first Word. As a 68k MS-DOS would be compatible with x86, with Word you could compile the one and only killer-application.
But it sound interesting though. I am excited if you give it a try.
