I just got an idea why not see if a laptop power supply would work? like a cheap generic? mine for my laptop is input 100-240v 2.0amps @60hz AC output 20v 7.7amps DC (this is a big brick like 9"x5"x1.5" but its for a tank of a laptop) or again maybe i could clone the single sided serv...

why not build and external brick that fit the retro look(vic-20 esq) that is the power supply? or inside the case have a shield and a seprate board? just thoughts. I also have a good power supply from a cannablized rackmount server that i could copy and send you or give the schematics?

Don't Lose faith so soon! The word needs to be spread around enough.Also be aware of two things 1)This is a retro PC most people aren't nostalgic about it so its a niche audience to begin with 2)Open source projects don't really gain speed until something unique happens or a completed V1.0.0 is out ...
