Re: Who wants a Kiwi?

Hi, it is a part of fVDI. If you get the fVDI sources you will find the tool in the utilities folder as "conv2gas". I gave it a short try, but it didn't work out of the box. Someone could look deeper into that. Simon Where did you get it from? At Logging in to :pserver:anoncvs@cvs.klockar...

Cool! Where did you find it? Did you try it already?
Cheers

Re: New hardware revision?

No, let's just start with something real, we can explore; "talk is cheap". ;) Actually I've found an interesting discussion which suggests to me, that 65816 could be a better fit even than a 68000. But if selecting from more modern designs - I'm still voting for ARM. Why would a 6502 be a...

Re: New hardware revision?

Well, it needs more than just to replace the CPU. If I would go with a full 68000 I will have a 16 bit databus. Then I would need a second Eprom* and the 16-to-8 bit buffer doesn't make sense anymore. That's not really much more work. Thus all in all it entails a slew of changes ending in completel...

Re: New hardware revision?

Great, I got some more resonance lately. Maybe the time is really ripe to continue. :) As mentioned here I am in London for the next few days. But when I am back I will definately pick the rev 2 up again. :) Simon Just my .001 EUR ;-) I would really go for the full mc68000. I know, you finished lay...

Tell me when you tried. Until then, I don't even check the possibility to rewrite it ;-)

Re: Porting EhBASIC to gcc?

Indeed. Very interesting. Thank you, e2k001! Have you tried to assemble EhBASIC with vasm? Simon I only took a very fast shot at it. All I had to do is to enter a start address, and there is one mistake in the source "move. " without the size in the source (BTW, it is in both versions, 3....
